All OPLURIX products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the full content is accessible at the moment of delivery, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

What We Do Support
We will help you if:
- You did not receive your download link after purchase
- Your download link has expired or is not working
- You need the file re-sent to a different email address
- You encountered a technical error during checkout or delivery
What We Do Not Support
- Refund requests based on change of mind
- Requests to exchange one product for another
- Issues arising from incompatible software or devices (all products are standard PDF format)
