All OPLURIX products are digital goods (PDF format) delivered via Payhip. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own professional work.

All content, frameworks, templates, and materials in OPLURIX products are the intellectual property of OPLURIX and its founder. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any product or its contents
• Share download links with others
• Present OPLURIX frameworks or templates as your own original work in commercial contexts

Personal and professional use — including applying frameworks in your own content, research, or communications — is permitted and encouraged.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via Payhip immediately after purchase. OPLURIX is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. OPLURIX reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is final.

6. Limitation of Liability

OPLURIX products are professional tools, not guarantees of outcome. Results depend on how you apply the frameworks and your individual context. OPLURIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of its products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any disputes will be handled in good faith before any formal process is initiated.
