The 30-Day Guarantee

Every OPLURIX product comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you use the system to publish one post and do not feel a meaningful difference in how quickly and confidently you move from field notes to published content, email hajafabriceeris@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No lengthy explanations required.

How to Request a Refund

Email hajafabriceeris@gmail.com with your order number (found in your Payhip purchase confirmation) and a brief note. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Eligibility

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible.
• If you have downloaded the product and redistributed it to others, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you have a dispute about a purchase that is not resolved by this policy, contact us directly at hajafabriceeris@gmail.com. We will resolve it.
